Supreme Lending Houston offers the TSAHC program which targets the housing needs of low-income households and other underserved demographic groups who lack acceptable housing options through Conventional financial channels.

HEROES Programs

Supreme Lending Houston offers the Homes for Texas Heroes Loan Program that provides homebuyer assistance intended to help teachers, police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, correctional officers, and Veterans.

Advantages:

• Fixed interest rate for 30 years 
• Down Payment Assistance (DPA) offered as a grant, which never has to be repaid, or forgivable second lien loan
• 5% of the loan amount is available as DPA  
• Not required to be a first-time buyer 
• Statewide availability 
• Income limits depend on the county. Target areas are available for expanded income and purchase price limits.
